…with her extensive knowledge of food and the effects of food on our bodies. She has COMPLETELY changed the way I think about food. Some of my new favourite meals are made from ingredients that I might not have ever tried if it wasn’t for Nourishes “Community Dump” group cleanses. The online aspect is very helpful. I have met some great “community dumpers” that I am pleased to call my friends.
