EASY HOMEMADE COCONUT MILK | NOURISH REAL FOOD

EASY HOMEMADE COCONUT MILK

This incredibly easy homemade coconut milk MIGHT JUST CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

You can use it in SO MANY GOOD things: curries, smoothies, added to cold-pressed juice, made into chai, as a milk for grain cereals, the fatty cream used instead of cream or mayo.

It is fatty goodness and natural sweetness all in one.

This version is also incredibly inexpensive. Compare it to a bag of nuts and there is not question which one you’ll prefer. There is also NO SOAKING. Hooray. You can make it the minute you think about.

The recipe below could not be easier. Enjoy.
