  • 1. Blend well.
  • 2. If you have a small blender combine spinach and liquid first - THEN add the other goods.
  • 3. If you aren't using frozen fruit add an ice cube or two.
  • 4. If you've tried this and they wouldn't drink it add some blueberries next time - to hide the greens.
