I’ve eaten it with a pile of spinach and romaine, topped with blueberries, toasted pecans, green onion, and raw sliced summer squash. I’ve also eating it with a hardy green combo topped with edible flowers, heirloom carrots and cherry tomatoes, raw-fresh-young-ginger. The possibilities are endless. That’s the good part.
