Sometimes simple is BEYOND delicious. And there really is nothing better than waking up to already-made, blueberry quinoa bircher muesli breakfast that’s super healthy and tasty.

Instructions

  • 1. Combine dry muesli ingredients in a large mason jar. Mix well. Place in fridge for storage.
  • 2. To make the BIRCHER BLUEBERRY QUINOA MUESLI: The day before you plan to eat combine muesli and 1/3 cup yogurt, with added spice and optional apple.
  • 3. Place in fridge (or even on counter) overnight
  • 4. In the morning just add fruit, the remaining yogurt (if you desire), and off you go - take it to work or eat immediately. Faster, even, than a smoothie
