The last thing I, Sara Bradford, ever expected to specialize in was “cleansing”…

…but I knew I held the “secret” to making them MORE FUN and LESS PAINFUL…

because eating should be a “good experience” at every level

I’m Sara Bradford, RHN, culinary nutritionist

It’s my passion to get you excited about REAL FOOD, by introducing you to my indulgent, yet healthy food methods.

If you’re a woman tired of nutrition bullshit (and don’t mind a little sailor mouth) then I’m your bullshit-free nutrition resource.

I started in this industry as an earnest nutritionist, here to change the EEEEVERYBODY’S life. But my knowledge and experience grew…evolved… and with it arrived the “ah ha” moment where I realized YOU’RE the one in charge. Not me. I’m merely an educator, mentor, inspirer of real food and change “tool-in-your-toolbox”.

And now I blog and create programs that incorporate real life craziness, the varying constitutions of each person, the need for food education — while having an awful lot of fun doing it.

I’ve created an insanely popular signature program I’m proud of — The Community Dump, a series of online seasonal cleanses. Cleanses that aren’t really cleanses. Let me explain what I mean by starting from the beginning…

What brought me to this cleansing stuff in the first place? Well…I saw HUGE ISSUES in the nutrition and cleansing industry. Issues that made me crazy. Stuff I couldn’t ignore while keeping my integrity.

• Lots of “Do’s” and “Don’t” — but nothing to inspire or assist in these big, crazy changes. (Unless you’re replacing the Can’t-Haves with incredible, gorgeous, tasty options, you client isn’t going to get far on this real food journey.)

• Women setting out with good intentions to do a “cleanse” — and ending up worse off then when they started. (There is a safe, smart way to do things, and a dangerous, dumb way. Some silly Cleanse shouldn’t leave you more depleted then where you started.)

I was struck with this need to do something about it.

Because I’ve been there. I’ve sat through eating gruel, drinking sludgy smoothies, and feeling awful all the while — and WORSE afterwards. (Not every time, but still too often.) As a foodie, mom, busy entrepreneur — I know how tough it is sometimes to find the right way to eat.

I also went through my OWN health scare. And I was doing all the things I was “supposed to”. But just got sicker. That was a real eye opener!! My “journey back” taught me a whoooooooole lot about this industry.

Real food tastes good — if you know what you’re doing. (Which is where I come in.) And doing a Cleanse can be as fantastic as it’ll make you feel afterwards. I learned from traveling and parenthood…Life is about the JOURNEY, as much as the DESTINATION. Your food journey should be NO DIFFERENT.

The Community Dumps are more like “Un-Cleanses” anyway. They are SO MUCH MORE than just a Cleanse. The “community” part is essential. And it’s about dumping a whole lot of everything excess and unhealthy from your life — therefore, not just about food.

What I have here for you is NOT JUST about dumping/cleansing.

I’m about combining the world of Nourishment with the world of Indulgence. Because THAT…my friend…is called real life. And there is no room for feeling guilty and shitty in real life. To be honestly, guilt is one of the most dangerous ingredients there is. I’m not saying you should stick with your diet cokes and skim milk cereal for breakfast. But there is room to make the most delicious and tasty foods nourishing, too.

Yeah, you can do both. I LOVE FOOD and you’re as likely to find me sipping a glass of wine as you are kombucha or a green smoothie.

Because guilt will not win. It’s time to find some balance. And I’m here to help you. Follow me on my journey as I teach you how to BURN your SUPERMOM CAPE for good, discover how beautiful real food really is, find your tribe of warriors right here, and get yourself on the most life-changing community group cleanse you can do for yourself. xo!

Join my FREE Dump Rockstar Tribe HERE. The Nourish Club of Awesomeness — and get my weekly Love Letters and access to a group of crazy women lifke you who are ready to take junk food by the balls. And try a 3-Day Mini Dump (designed for any season) in the meantime.
